strange error while I add/remove applications!

I tried "sudo apt-get clean"

Then I started installing Epiphany, after downloading the
files it again said "E:
/var/cache/apt/archives/epiphany-browser_2.20.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb: files
list file for package `libtracker-gtk0' contains empty filename "
and stopped.

Also, my Ubuntu wifi seems to be misbehaving so I now
have to reboot into XP...

Seems like bunch of not quite related problems
have suddenly cropped up. Firefox is damn slow too..
