strange error while I add/remove applications!

Hey All,

Everytime I try to install a new application I see this error:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/epiphany-browser_2.20.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb: files
list file for package `libtracker-gtk0' contains empty filename
-- 

How can I fix this? Also, my system is hanging all the time, running slow,
and especially misbehaving is Firefox.

I'll be obliged for any help here...
