    From where came the 'undocumented' comment? In my system it's right 
there under 'man kill'. I would have thought that it would be included 
in most man pages for the 'kill' topic. Not only that, but it was 
included in at least 3 beginner's guides that I've read so it's hardly a 
hidden feature.
