Ubuntu 7.10 Desktop Course is ready

Hi all,
can get download started with wget, but sure enough my phone company managed
to disconnect me. wget will not restart from where it was disconnected, 
but starts a fresh
download.  gwget the same, it puts up "error. when resuming download.

The partial file in my Home Folder has remained the same, still  
2,154,496 ,  restart has downloaded 1,236,992  so don't know where it 
has gone, isn't starting a new file. As you can see from estimated 
download times, could be very old and grey before it finally completes 
without being able to "resume" :-)
