Sorry, I think I didn't write it clear enough. There is a limited level of 
trust when I use free email accounts, online shopping, etc. But it is 
limited to that particular site. E.g. I tell Amazon my email address but 
I would never let them have my account details for that email address. 
There is nothing wrong with using social networking sites either, as long 
as they don't try social engineering tricks.
