Send to Fax - KdeprintFax error ( Permission denied )

Hello all.
When i fax a text file ( testing out ) by printing to "Send to Fax" in
kubuntu. It informed me that /usr/bin/faxspool is not found. I then
issued a sudo mkdir faxspool by switching to /usr/bin directory. But
when i retry i get the error "Permission denied". 

Can anyone help me PLEASE
