I found this post in the forums saying you can use HTTPS via x11vnc.
https://hostname:5900

So I installed x11vnc and set the password:
x11vnc -storepasswd

but when I ran the next line:

x11vnc -https -ssl SAVE -display :0

it spit out:
wadesmart at wadesmart:~$ x11vnc -https -ssl SAVE -display :0
28/02/2008 17:12:27 passing arg to libvncserver: -https
28/02/2008 17:12:27 passing arg to libvncserver: -ssl
28/02/2008 17:12:27 passing arg to libvncserver: SAVE

What I dont understand - or Im misunderstanding - isnt this just
starting the vnc service so a client cant connect?
