voice activated app yet?

Hi Charley,
I am sorry but you have made an incorrect assumption. Orca is a screen
reading piece of software in otherwords it takes what is off the screen and
turns it in to voice it does not take voice and turn it in to text. I am
totally blind myself and use it. That's why I had to make the correction.

Under the Gnome desktop, there is Orca, part of the assistive technology
progamming. For more information, check out http://live.gnome.org/Orca
I believe this is similar to DragonSpeak in Windows desktop
