removing weired file from ext3 filesystem

I gave it all a try, but chmod doesnt know the -S option and i cant
find something like erase :(
When i want to open a file with vim it tells me that neither of them
is a file.
Very odd.
This friend lived together with us until today, he moved because
he got a new job.
I dont think he wants to harm us.
But  i am a little bit suspicious.
