Huh? It would be more productive if you wrote what exactly is wrong with
MailScanner and Hylafax, I'm sure someone on the list will be able to
help you get them running again. Also, get some sleep. 

If you still want to blame someone after getting some sleep, blame
yourself for not following proper processes:

     1. You did not stay on top of the support cycle of a customer's
        machine, which exposed the customer to security risks and forced
        you into a hasty upgrade
     2. You were making fundamental changes to a customer's live system
        without testing them first on a non-essential system.

Both actions go against the collective wisdom of decades of computer
support.
