Issues while installing bugzilla

Hi all,
 I have been trying to install bugzilla but without any success.
Although I'm on hardy but still I'm sure this is something very simple
but I'm not getting it.

Using version 2.22.1-2.2ubuntu1 of bugzilla.

Upon failure to install I  purged bugzilla & tried to install again.
This is what comes.

I understand this is something to do with the dbconfig-common file but
how do I get rid of the error.

Another thing, I'm also not subscribed to the list so when somebody is
answering, can they also put this off-list as well. This could very
well be a bug but till I don't know better. It may very well turn out
that its something I didn't think about.
