Limit Update download bandwidth?

I am hosting more than 30 domains and have solved the problem via the
routers. Thus, the router for the IP address of the normal clients
(non-servers) is limited to 30% of the total bandwidth. In almost any
modern router, you can set the up/down stream speed and even prioritize
different protocols differently.
