Dropping SSH connections over the internet

I have it fixed!
I upgraded the firmware in my router. Who would have guessed?
SSH is now rock solid.
No dropped connections. I've had 3 connections going for over an hour
and a half!
It was my DLINK DI624 firmware in case anyone else has a problem like
this. I upgraded it to the latest version and SSH does not drop
connections anymore. God bless upgrades!
These kinds of problems suck, just in case anyone's curious. I know
you're not. You've been through it already. You never know whether
you're an idiot or everyone else is. Not that you're idiots, just that
the problem is hard to diagnose. This is where Linux really kicks my
ass. Makes me ... tired. But, it's not Linux! It's my router! Why
can't things cooperate? Or tell on each other! If I were younger, I'd
have figured this out sooner!
God bless you all.
