I had a problem where I had both feisty and gutsy repositories listed
in sources.list. I fixed it and did an update - ubuntu then said I
had an unfinished upgrade and installed a bunch of new packages. cool.
but now when i go to print 2 print icons show up and if i click them
one is the old one from feisty and one is the new one from gutsy. Oh,
and it prints a bunch of garbage.

How do I uninstall the old print manager?

ps aux | grep cups
root 4973 0.0 0.2 14100 2632 ? Ssl Feb01 0:09 /usr/sbin/cupsd
1000 5706 0.0 0.9 50332 8460 ? S Feb01 0:54
gnome-cups-icon --sm-client-id default3
