No one is a "perfect" authority.  However, Evi was one of the first
people to take system administration as a discipline seriously.  I
highly respect her opinions in that arena.  I will say again, she did
not just write a book - she ran a university system administration
degree program for many years.  You may end up not agreeing with her
about everything, but her approach to system administration is sound.
