Larry, there may be other more specific solution but the
easiest, quickest solution may be to purge all of OO.o
programs and then reinstall. If the problem is indeed
caused by a configuration issue in OO.o, this should
fix it. HTH. Do an aptitude search for openoffice* to
list all the installed files, then add each one to your
purge command to assure yourself that you purge all
related files. In any case this shouldn't hurt anything
as long as you reinstall.
