XSESSION.ERRORS

Hello,

I've been snooping around my system, and have found a file called
xsession, errors in my home folder. It contains many errors which I would
like to eliminate so I'll be asking about a few at at time here until
they are all eliminated.

Here is the first quote from the file I'm curious about. -

** (nautilus:6417): WARNING **: Unable to add monitor: Not supported
/usr/bin/compiz.real (video) - Warn: No 8 bit GLX pixmap format,
disabling YV12 image format
I/O warning : failed to load external entity
"/home/ray/.compiz/session/default0"
Starting gtk-window-decorator
kbuildsycoca running...
/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator: Screen 0 on display ":0.0" already has a
decoration manager; try using the --replace option to replace the
current decoration manager.

I looked in the /home/ray/.compiz folder, and there is indeed no file
called default0, but there are a raft of files in .xml format with very
long numbers for names. These files appear to contain information about
some of the programs that get started by me.

Is kbuildsycoca the decoration manager that is causing the "already has
a decoration manager" error?

And as to the "no 8 bit GLX pixmap format" error, my xorg.conf contains
the following section which seems to contradict that.

Section "Module"
    Load "glx"
    Load "v4l"
EndSection

Can anybody help me sort these errors out?

Thanks, Ray Parrish
