Well, *I* certainly had no idea that there were Openoffice scams that 
somehow get to have Google sponsored links. Now, while I personally 
would not be tricked by *that* particular method (as I know where to d/l 
OOo from), I think it might be worthwhile to complain to Google and get 
those links removed.

If they are unwilling, then such a tale would make a truly excellent 
posting to Slashdot (LOL).
