flash player

Hello,I have installed flashplugin-nonfree using Ubuntu package manager,
still I get the following message with
many websites.

No Flash Plugin Available You either do not have the Flash browser plugin
installed, or you need to upgrade to Flash 9 in order to use blah blah

What I should so that I can use Flash applications.
