I had a ThinkPad R40 that would BSOD fairly routinely, but it was a
hardware issue with the wireless card dying, not an OS one.

amy, who dual boots Vista and Fedora on the main laptop and runs
eeeBuntu on the netbook - different tools for different jobs.
