Problem with 'Realtek RTL-8169 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 08)'

I have the following Ethernet Cards:-
  01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
RTL-8169 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 08)
  01:08.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82562EZ 10/100
Ethernet Controller (rev 02)

The Intel one is the on board one.  The problem is I cant get the
Gigabit one working.

Ifconfig gives me:
