1) Write a subject
2) Use English or the closest that you can get to it. Don't write in 1337.
3) Welcome aboard! You will find Ubuntu easier to use than Windows XP
after you get used to the differences. That is the reason that people
are switching, not because of silly zealot reasons like security,
freedom, or even price. How did you hear of Ubuntu, and what made you
decide to switch?
