Defragging Windows with Ubuntu installed

If you use Windows regularly and you install Ubuntu using Wubi, the
"Install Inside Windows" method, then defragging is good for your
installation.  Fragmentation of the virtual disks can cause Ubuntu to
have boot errors, correcting disk errors and defragging the C drive
fixes these problems when Ubuntu is installed this way.
