is squid installed default or come with installer on Interpid Server

Probably the shortest question in this list so far.

1) Is squid installed by default? 

No

2) Is it come with installer?

Yes, apt-get probably most popular.

sudo apt-get install squid

Don't forget to reconfigure squid configuration in /etc/squid/squid.conf. There are lots of example squid.conf in if you Google it a bit.
