which vmware download for ubuntu?

I'm buying vmware workstation to install on my ununtu 8.04 (64-bit) system.  I'm at the download stage and I need to pick between two downloads.  Here's what I have to go on.

1) Workstation for Linux 64-bit
RPM Installation file for 64-bit Linux ( 334 MB )

2) Workstation for Linux 64-bit
Bundled Installation file for 64-bit Linux ( 344 MB )

Help?!
