ssh no password problem

Looking at an encrypted id_dsa file will tell you if the key is
encrypted or not.  You will see header lines like:

Proc-Type: 4,ENCRYPTED
DEK-Info: DES-EDE3-CBC,6B6CB0E67B37AC61
