Traceroute to ubuntuforums never finishes

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging in to ubuntuforums. Even though my
password/username combination is correct and I get the redirection page
thanking me for logging in, I'm not really logged in.

For some reason traceroute to forums does't get further from
gw0-0-gr.canonical.com (91.189.88.10). It just continues with *** forever
(till 255). Asked a friend for the same traceroute and there
gw0-0-gr.canonical.com (91.189.88.10) is output twice and then
feijoa.canonical.com [91.189.94.12] is reached successfully.

Is this a problem with the hop itself or should I bother my ISP?
