If your asking what I think you are; only you can do
that. Look at teh last link above:

and follow the instructions at the bottom of teh page
to subscribe to the list.  It's surprising how many
people just read over the links listed on every piece
of list mail. I think you also have to set a user name
and passwork to set up an account and you should be
able to do so on the same page(or a link to it) before
you can subscribe to the list.  HTH,
