DEB program package tpb requires de-installation of ubuntu-desktop

Hi,

In order to use the special key 'AccessIBM' I'd like to install the DEB
program package 'tpb'. But Synaptic informs that it is required to
remove the DEB program packages hotkey-setup and ubuntu-desktop. How to
dodge this dilemma?
