Actually that's a script that installs 'libdvdcss' which essentially is 
a codex for reading encrypted DVDs.  CSS is the DRM on commercial movie 
DVDs you can buy from the story.  Installing it, depending on your 
country, can be illegal but in my opinion I don't think this should be 
the case.  MPAA and RIAA should never be allowed to tell their customers 
how they can enjoy the movies and music their studios produce as long as 
they aren't pirating them.  Both organizations are their own worst enemy 
and their actions are starting to draw the ire of the courts.  
Somethings got to give eventually and the RIAA and MPAA will be at 
ground zero when it happens.
