Not if the BIOS has been royally buggered to where the system won't
boot far enough (or at all) to allow loading off floppy/CD/etc. As
Michael pointed out if there's already been a failed BIOS flash then
the OP is SOL because that particular BIOS chip is a gonna. It will
now have to be recloned from ground zero using factory tools. "Been
there, done that."
