Not true. It should be possible to write a macro for mutt that saves all
messages to a single file in a format totally unreadable by any other
mail app. Combine that with a carte blanche invitation to open any virus
contaminated mail and disallow any user configuration beyond the basics
and you have 99% of Outlook functionality.
