Well, actually:
$ yelp man:interfaces
in this case. But then on my system yelp 'yelps':

** (yelp:10388): WARNING **:No listener with the specified listener id 1
etc. when yelp is closed from the GUI.

With reference to the "rat-tailed clicking thingy":

Applications|Accessories|Terminal
3 clicks + 19 characters to be typed

F1|Advanced Topics|Terminal Commands...|Configuration Files|Interfaces
1 button, 4 clicks

But then if you want to easily see & print all the other bits in
/etc/network/* you can use:
F1|Advanced Topics|Terminal Commands...|System Administration
and find ifup, ifdown, ifconfig, etc. So (IMO) in many cases this is
certainly easier for someone just starting w/linux/ubuntu. Obviously you
can do 'man <command> for all of the above, but sometimes just having
all the commands (most anyway) to scroll through and look at & select is
quite useful.
