Yep - thanks. Chaman after you've confirmed that you got all updates,
including the new xserver-xorg-video-intel driver, can you:
sudo apt-get install linux-generic
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-generic
sudo apt-get install linux-image-generic
Reboot and the try locate agpgart again to see if you have apggart.ko?
