a good approach to resolve this would be this, IMO:

(1) Read the Wine documentation for Ubuntu:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Wine

(2) If you still have questions after doing so or need help to
understand something while reading, come back to the list with more
concrete questions.

This approach would give you opportunity to learn something about your
system in the process. Of cours you can also ask right away and hope
that someone else is willing to jump int :)
