GETTING COLOR FONT IN E-MAIL REPLIES USING UBUNTU

	I am using Evolution as my e-mail client while running UBUNTU 7.10
alongside Windows XP. When replying to messages, I prefer to use a
different colored font that the message originator is using. Sometimes
this is possible, but sometimes it just will not work. Can you help me?
