Liam's partly right - I've never seen this sort of error unless the drive is
failing. I just don't agree that you should "get a new one and be ready to
replace it" - I'd get a new one and replace it right away! If your system
can support two drives, you might keep the failing one for non-important
storage. I've found some of these drives to be fairly reliable once you
take things like swap off them, but I would never again trust it with
anything important.
