gnome: Function keys for brightness (on arrow keys) reveresed on Lenovo Y510 Laptop

On the Lenovo Y510 laptop, the brightness function keys (Fn+Up, Fn+Down) 
do the opposite of what is 
expected.  Up decreases brightness, and down increases brightness.
