Does anyone know if something changed from gutsy to hardy the way usb
drives are mounted??.....or NOT mounted in this case. I have an 80 gb
seagate usb drive with music on it connected to a mythbox. has worked
fine for close to 2 years. The last couple weeks I cannot access the
music, the drive wont mount, keeps spitting an error when i plug it in
like " mount point cannot contain the following characters newline G dir
blah blah blah"

I noticed weird things in /media like SEA_DISC SEA_DISC__
SEA_DISC_____ SEA_DISC_____ and it also had icons in there for cd's that
~ arent even in any of the drives.... wierd. 'the name of the actual
drive is SEA_DISC and always has been.

This drive has always worked plug and play, I dont have anything in
fstab, there shouldnt be any need to mess with that. I thought usb
drives were just suppose to work? when did that change?
