Hi!
I've noticed that my ubuntu is delayed on boot due to the fact it's
trying to initialize raid and failing (on my trustworthy laptop) and now
my question is how do I remove this? I've disabled the raid service in
System->Administration->Services.
I found some mention in the ubuntu forums and found two solutions, one
was adding noauto in /etc/fstab after and md* entry and the other was
removing a file from /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/ but
that folder was empty and thus neither answer from the forums apply.
How do I accomplish this task?
