live cd that installs a bootloader

gd mornin ubunters..

ubuntu7.10 is still my main system, aint that debian base been
sooped up nice!!

im also looking for a useful live cd that is lightweight and simple.
i have tryed systemrestoreCD, damnSmalllinux, gparted etc,
but i have not found these very useful so far - maybe im doing something 
wrong however, i dont want to be critical of them...

for example, i sometimes i just want to be able to boot from a CD
and install a bootloader (i prefer grub so far) that includes all OS's on 
my system, or at least one of them!!
