I suppose you mean you want to mirror all repositories. You can, but I
don't know the procedure. Someone else that knows can give you advice on
this.

However I do know one tool you can use for this is "rsync".

Open Synaptic with all repositories selected (except from the "Source
code" one), and perform a search with the word "drawing".
