It's really funny how I now have a reason to top post. The following
complete copy of the email I reply to makes a fantastic case for why
bottom posting with proper trimming and attribution improves the ability
to follow a conversation, while the opposite, well, does not. Note that
at the time of reply, I haven't even received a message by a John Doe
person.
