The Nvidia binary driver is not supported and should never be used under 
the *64-bit* edition of RHEL4 (Original or Update 1) or CentOS 4.0 & 4.1 
due to an unsafe kernel change_page_attr interface. The driver is 
supported under RHEL4 Update 2 or higher and CentOS 4.2 or higher.

Now I am not using 64 bit but it appears this company has had issues 
with the nVidia binary just as I have.
