File Sharing

I have enabled File Sharing on the Documents folder of my Ubuntu 7.10
server and from the WindowsXP machine it goes right in.  From any of my
client machines running Ubuntu 7.10 there is no server available.  If I
bring up Nautilus and search with the ip addy, 172.16.*.** or if I use
the name of the computer/ file it tells me that it cannot display the
contents.  From any of my client terminals I can see the windows unit
but not any of the Ubuntu units.

I have been going at this for over two weeks now, please help.
