Maybe I just don't understand what is being said but I
question it. I think in any email client one can reply
where ever he desires just by moving the cursor to
where he want to reply at.  Maybe requiring a line
feed to gain space so the reply will stand out as I
usually do. This issue gets too much bandwidth; more
than it deserves. I must admit that I sometimes top
post usually to a short body and when I think it will
be the last end all post on the subject. Forgive me
for adding to the bandwidth and making it harder to
keep up with list mail.
