open up a browser, and type the address localhost:631 in.  This will
open up CUPS web config for printers.  about 1/2 way down the page is a
link for add printer, enter the info as you know it for the printers IP
under IPP.  Thats what works for me, but my printer doesnt have an IP,
HTTP may work too, give them both a try.
