Evolution should have everything you need to talk to a MS Exchange
server running standard protocols like IMAP, IMAPS, or POP3. However,
talking to that mail server might be a bit of an issue if it's behind a
VPN. Depending on the VPN implementation in use at the company, you
may or may not have access to software that can connect on your end.
I have also heard that some internet routers can handle VPNs, although
they tend to cost somewhat more.
See if you can't figure out what VPN they're using. That might be
very useful information.
