The ssh client is installed by default. sshd is supplied by openssh-server:

http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/ssh
  http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/openssh-client

http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/openssh-server
[This package provides the sshd server.]
