I do have an idea how to get assisted:
While working on my data move ...
... have a another system aside with Skype chat to my advisor !!! ;-D
Well, a quick phone call could also easy do ...
... but hearing handicapped, especially with foreign language,
I have a problem here and prefer a (Skype) Chat or IRC.
Another problem:
Since 10 days we wait for Telekom to come and check and repair
our main phone lines. ;-O
Glad that the xDSL line isn't touched !! ;-D
